Good Reasons to Use Distilled Bottled Water
My reasons are that I have to take lots of pills every day
I know, water, water everywhere, however which water is best for my needs? Over time, I have chosen to drink only distilled water. These are my reasons.
I take a lot pills daily. Many means almost 50 pills daily. That’s a lot. I do not have much choice, but to take all of these pills without throwing them up.
I have gotten osteoporosis and have been required to take natural calcium pills each day
Because of the drugs I have been required to use, side-effects have occurred. I have to get down more pills to counter these ailments. One situation is that I have osteoporosis and have had to get down natural calcium bone supplements daily. This is because of sustained use of Prednisone, because I have had Crohns for two decades. So now I have to take several calcium osteoporosis supplement pills to help with my osteoporosis. That’s why I must swallow so many pills each day. While doing this, I often find it very hard because of the chemical smell of our tap water.
I do not understand it, but my county seems to have water with a high chlorine level. I can taste it easily. Quality reports come with the water bill that say my town’s water gets supplemented with many chemicals. These chemicals worry me.
Of course, there are chemicals in our water, because the water flows over rocks. But, some of the other stuff is shocking. The water company serves so many people, and they must ensure that our tap water is potable. Read the water analyses that come with your water bill, because you can learn a lot. I almost don’t want to know, but I would rather know what is in the water.
With distilled water, I can take all my drugs and supplements
A while back a friend came to visit me and we had a conversation about water quality. He is on the road quite a bit, and he said that he always carries purified, distilled water. I asked him why distilled? He said that this is the one water knows he won’t get sick on. Besides, anyone can buy it in any grocery store.
I had never thought of that. Before, my only uses for distilled water for ironing. Since his visit, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Because of intestinal problems, I now have to swallow an increased number of pills. In addition to my Crohn’s drugs, I also must take vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a calcium pyruvate 1000 mg supplement because of dietary deficiencies.
Crohns Disease causes me to be very sensitive to smells that make it so that I can’t keep my medicine down. So, it is best for me to drink only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs and vitamins each day.
